Refund Policy

🔒 Deposit Policy

• A $160 deposit is required to secure all move dates.

• This deposit is non-refundable if the move is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit or can be applied as a credit toward a future booking (within 30 days).

❌ Same-Day & Last-Minute Cancellations

​

• Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled move or with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur a minimum 2-hour charge based on the number of movers scheduled.

💵 Overpayment & Service Adjustments

​

• If a customer overpays or the final service time is less than quoted, a refund for the difference will be issued within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

• If additional labor or materials are required on-site (at customer’s request), final payment will reflect those changes.

📦 Unused Packing Material

​

• Unopened packing materials purchased through us may be returned on the same day of the move only for a full refund. Opened or used materials are non-refundable.

⚠ Force Majeure & Rescheduling

​

• In the event of weather delays, accidents, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule your move at no extra charge.

• If we must cancel the move due to internal issues, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
