📅 Booking & Deposits
A $100 deposit is required to secure your move date and time. This amount goes toward your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

💰 Rates & Minimum

• $50/hr per mover

• 2-hour minimum

• $1.25 per mile
  Time is billed in 15-minute increments after the 2-hour minimum. Travel charges may apply depending on location.

💳 Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments (Pay Pal, Cash App, etc.). You can also book moves directly through the website. Late payments may result in additional fees.

📦 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the move will forfeit the deposit.

🛡 Insurance & Liability
We provide basic cargo coverage as required by law, which includes limited valuation protection ($0.60 per pound per item).
If full-value coverage is needed, we recommend obtaining third-party moving insurance.

We are not liable for damage to items packed by the customer unless clearly caused by our team during handling.

🛋 Wrapping & Packing Services

• Packing labor: $50/hr per packer (2-hour minimum)

• Basic furniture wrapping: Included with every move

• Premium protection for fragile or high-value items available upon request

⛈ Weather & Delays
In the case of severe weather or unexpected delays (traffic, road closures, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible and adjust the schedule as needed.
