Welcome to Major Moves. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Major Moves provides local moving, packing, wrapping, and transportation services within a 50-mile radius of Denver, Colorado. All services are subject to availability and may require booking in advance.
2. Booking & Payment Terms

A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Our standard rate is $50 per hour per mover, with a 2-hour minimum.

Plus $1.25/mileage

Final payment is due upon completion of the job and can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital apps (e.g., Zelle, Cash App).

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your move up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged for the full minimum service time.
4. Liability & Insurance

We provide basic valuation protection at $0.60 per pound per item in accordance with Colorado state guidelines.

We are not liable for damage to items packed by the customer unless damage is clearly due to mishandling by our team.

Customers are responsible for informing us of fragile, high-value, or specialty items in advance.

For full-value protection, we recommend purchasing third-party moving insurance.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure clear access to all items and walkways.

Notify us of stairs, elevators, parking restrictions, or unusual access conditions.

Be present or have a representative available during the move to answer questions and approve completion.
